Can not have the vacuum operation after pressing the vacuum button.
1. Ensure the plug is properly inserted into the socket.
2. Ensure the power line is not damaged.
3. Ensure the open end of the bag is properly placed in the vacuum groove.
4. Ensure the cover is well locked.
5. Let the food vacuum sealer have a 25-minute rest and try again later.
 
The air is not vacuumized from the bag.
1. Check the bag for wrinkles, scratches and bleed holes.
2. Check whether the sealing cotton of food vacuum sealer is loose or damaged.
3. Ensure the open end of the bag is properly placed in the vacuum groove.
 
The sealing of the bag is melted and broken.
Possible reasons is that the seal silicone or high temperature tape is overheated in the continuous use of the food vacuum sealer and makes the bag broken. Please let the machine rest for 20 seconds and then try again. If the same problem occurs again, please extend the rest time of the vacuum sealer to 25 minutes.
 
The air leaks into the bag after vaccumizing the bags.
1. Check the bag seal. If there are holes or wrinkles on the seal, please remove the bag seal and then reseal.
2. Make sure there are no sharp objects in the bag that pierce the bag. If this happens, take out the objects. Wrap the sharp objects with paper or cloth and repack them.
3. Make sure there is no wet material or liquid on the bag seal.
4. Check whether the sealing cotton is loose or damaged.
 
The bags can not be sealed.
1. Check the bag for wrinkles or holes.
2. Make sure the seal end of the bag is placed in the correct position. When the bag needs to be sealed, the sealing area must exceed the high temperature tape.
3. Make sure the liquid is not brought to the sealing area. Food containing much water may affect the seal due to the liquid being pumped to the seal. In this case, it is advisable to use an electric function to properly vacuumize it immediately after sealing.
4. Make sure the food vacuum sealer does not have a continuous sealing operation in a short period of time. Ensure it has a 20-second rest at least between successive seals.
