Chicken Rolls

 Ingredients
1 spoon of olive oil 
1 pound of chicken 
2 cloves of garlic 
1 minced onion
1/4 cup of diced hoisin sauce 
2 spoons of soy sauce 
1 spoon of rice wine vinegar 
1 spoon of fresh ginger
1 teaspoon of hot sauce or more 
1 can of drained and diced water chestnuts (approximately 230g)
A pinch of salt 
Some freshly ground black pepper 
1 lettuce
 
Steps
1. Heat olive oil in a pan over high heat. Add chicken and fry until it is browned, about 3 to 5 minutes, making sure that the chicken is well cooked to remove excess fat.
2. Add the garlic, onion, hoisin sauce, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, ginger and hot sauce until the onion becomes translucent, about 1 to 2 minutes. Then add the chestnuts and cook until they are soft, about 1 to 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Put the above filling into the center of the lettuce with a spoon and wrap it just like a burrito.
