Sago Salad and Tuna Salad

Sago Salad
Main ingredients
1 cup of sago
1/2 cup of diced cherry tomatoes
1/2 cup of diced cucumber
3 tbsp of olive oil
Half a lemon
1/4 cup of pine nuts
An appropriate amount of salt and freshly ground black pepper
2 tbsp of chopped green onion
1 tsp of sumac powder
 
Cooking steps
1. Boil or steam sago, drain it and set aside.
2. Add the cherry tomatoes, cucumber, lemon zest, a bowl of olive oil, salt and pepper.
3. Add cooked sago and mix them well.
4. Put the toasted pine nuts into the pan, fry it until there is golden color, then add them to the salad.
5. Add chopped green onion and stir.
6. Add sumac powder and it's done.
 
Tuna Salad
Main ingredients

3 cans of tuna
1 drained medium red pepper
1/2 sliced red onion
1 sliced cucumber, as thinly sliced as possible
1/4 tablespoon of sesame oil
Some orange juice
An appropriate amount of salt, chili, and sesame seeds for extra flavor
 
Cooking steps
1. Crush the tuna in a large bowl.
2. Add red pepper, red onion and sesame seeds and stir them. Pour the sesame oil and stir them well. Finally, add the orange juice and stir well.
3. Salt and chili can be added accordingly, which can be used for providing decoration and flavor.
