Wheat Mushroom Salad

Main ingredients
1 spoon of olive oil
Chopped green onions
2 cups of sliced mixed mushrooms
1 spoon of soy sauce
2 cloves of minced garlic
1/2 spoon of spice powder
2 spoons of sweet rice wine
1 cup of cooked wheat
1 cup of minced baked tofu (optional)
1/4 cup of finely chopped green onions
 
Steps
1. After heating the frying pan, add cooking oil.
2. Once the oil is hot, add spring onions and stir-fry until they are slightly soft, about 1 minute.
3. Add the mushrooms. Add a little soy sauce. Stir-fry until the mushrooms start to soften. Stir occasionally. The process takes about 5 to 8 minutes.
4. Add garlic and spice powder and stir. Add sweet rice wine for coloring, and lower the heat.
5. After the mushrooms are soft, add wheat, honey, and tofu and stir to make them fully mixed.
6. Add spring onions or any fresh herbs you like. Add seasonings based on your taste.
